Birthday Party Terms and Conditions
Parties can be pre-booked for groups of 8 climbers or more. All climbers must be 5 years and over. All parties must be pre-booked and full payment is required to secure the booking. Changes to the booking such as change in session time, increase in numbers, decrease in numbers (no less than 8) can be made up to 24 hours prior to the booking. Any applicable refunded amount will be provided as credit only and no cash refunds will be provided. Changes or cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the booking will not be eligible for any credit refund. All parents of climbers under 18 years must sign a waiver prior to the child being permitted to climb.
